About:
Nicolai Vinggaard Jespersen (b. 1980) is a danish painter who is characterized by strong colors and different techniques. He paints with different kinds of materials such as old credit cards, cardboard and uses good quality acrylic paint. The paintings are inspired from life experience, the interaction between humans, nature and the animal kingdom. The style is often expressionist and shows itself in the form of colorful figures, fantasy creatures and animals.
His career started in 2003 at Hadsten Højskole where he had visual art. Over the years he has explored the magical means of colors, tested new techniques and materials. Subsequently he has taken the following courses:

The Vedic method of painting - Painting course at Brenderup Højskole
He has his own gallery Galleri Vinggaard which is located in North Funen in Denmark.
